This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the spa and wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including massages, a steam room, and Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool is heated, and the sun loungers in the garden area are comfortable and perfect for basking in the sun. the bar and lounge area offers delicious snacks and drinks.

The only minor issue we experienced was slow service at the snack bar. this did not overshadow our experience at this fabulous hotel with its exceptional facilities and exclusive amenities.

The facilities offered here were awesome! The indoor and outdoor pools, the gym, and spa are all top-notch. , the included breakfast was fantastic! They had everything from fresh fruits to omelettes, to meats and olives. Lastly, the location is great, with shopping and dining options nearby.

the language barrier made some conversations difficult. my xmas stay was great and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a fun and relaxing spot.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Very comfortable, good price for the facilities on offer. It was a pity we did not have more time but we will come back in the future to spend here at least 3 days.

Great breakfast options, clean and spacious rooms, and a convenient location near a shopping center make this hotel a great choice for a city stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

The acoustics in the rooms were poor, making it easy to hear neighbors in their bathrooms, and the air conditioning was noisy. the indoor pool area could have been cleaner and had too few chairs, and the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was weak.

A lovely hotel which was very convient for a stop over on our way from Cappadocia to Ephesus. We wish that we had stayed longer and been able to explore the surrounding countryside and town. The staff were very friendly and although many of them did not speek English they found members of staff who did who were very able and willing to converse with us. The room was large and spacious well appointed and clean. The spa was beautiful especially the relaxing pool and sauna which we took advantage of before dinner. A lovely a la carte dinner was served (we could have had the buffet but as it was my birthday we wanted something more special) and the restaurant manager took great care of us. The buffet at breakfast was extensive and well laid out. The omellette was cooked to perfection. A really lovely stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a weekend getaway and it exceeded our expectations. the service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private hot tub and stunning views. the location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow Wi-Fi connection in our room. this did not detract from the overall experience as we were able to disconnect and fully enjoy the hotel's exclusive facilities, including the thermal spa and gourmet restaurant.

Hotel's design is great. Rooms are beautiful, services perfect. Definitely would go back again.

The hotel has a great location with a shopping center nearby and good food variety. It is also close to the city center and the highway. the room design is interesting with a glass-box separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. the breakfast was amazing and included fresh watermelon, honeycomb, omelets, meats, olives, cheeses. the hotel facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and thermal spa.

The front desk staff was not friendly nor efficient.

We have stayed in a B+ room, it's actually 2 rooms, one is decorated as a bedroom, ang the other as a living room. There are 2 22"LCD TVs in both rooms, a kettle and some tea+coffee, even a DVD player and an Espresso Machine (although the complimentary coffee capsule never arrived). The room is decorated very nicely with a rather modern touch. The common facilities are all good and clean. All staff we have encountered during our stay was very polite, and helpful. All have tags that say "I smile and help" and that's true. The buffet breakfast was enough, with some local specialties. The dinner we had was also a very good one, even the fish was cooked just right. Yet we didn't try the buffet.

The movie channels on the TV are only in Turkish, that is the only negative comment I can have.
